 | Quality | Food safety is our top priority and we have the quality programs in place to ensure the trust of our customers in the safety and the efficacy of their products. We design safety and quality into every part of the Nellson operation and we have a proven track record in the delivery of products that meet or exceed all requirements. We have certified HACCP and Allergen Control Programs, and the quality control points and critical points are defined, implemented and routinely evaluated to ensure the highest level of food safety. An extensive set of Standard Operating Procedures is in place which covers every step of the product and manufacturing process and these procedures are routinely validated through customers and third party quality audits. We possess the following validated in-house laboratory capabilities with state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained personnel: • Microbiology Laboratory - Ingredient and finished product testing - Facility cleaning and sanitation validation • Analytical Laboratory - Ingredient identification testing - Finished product nutritional profile validation - Ingredient contaminant testing We maintain the following facility certifications:
