Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Nellson Visitor Policy as of March 12, 2020

We are closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. As the situation
continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our
employees, customers, and supply partners. While Nellson remains open and operational, we are taking
appropriate measures to protect the health of our employees, customers, vendors, and local
communities.

Effective immediately and until further notice:

  • Visitors will only be allowed on site if the in-person meeting/appointment is critical to the operation
of the business. If a meeting/appointment must take place on site, the number of visitors will be
limited to no more than three (3) people. All on site visits must be approved by the Nellson
    Executive Leadership Team.

  • All other meetings will take place virtually via teleconferencing, SKYPE, etc.
  • In-person large group meetings, plant tours, or conferences will be postponed until further notice.
Visitors will be required to disclose any travel to Level 3 countries in the past 30-days as determined
and updated by the CDC (currently China, Italy, Iran and South Korea). As you plan for and schedule
visitors, please inform them of this policy. They will be denied entrance to Nellson if they have
traveled to any of these countries.
  • Any visitor who is coughing, feverish, or shows other signs of illness will be asked to leave.

Thank you for your patience with these health and safety measures as we continue to work through this
situation together.
