Customer Communication: Coronavirus (COVID-19) September Update
September 25, 2020

Dear Customer,

Coronavirus (COVID-19) September 2020 Update

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we remain committed to the health and safety of our Employees and Customers. Thankfully, over the last month we have experienced very few new COVID cases, and we are confident our proactive preventive actions continue to be effective in containing transmission of the virus within Nellson. To date, 6.3% of our workforce has tested positive for the virus with the number of cases varying by site, and the evidence still indicates the vast majority of these cases have originated from outside of our Company. Equally important, I am pleased to report that as of this date, 99% of our employees who tested positive for the virus have returned to work. While this remains very positive, we have experienced some delays in fulfilling customer requests due in part to proactively quarantining employees who were subject to secondary exposure. We will continue to work hard to minimize any supply disruptions.

Return to Office Update:

While “telecommuting” has proved adequate to keep the business running, it is not a long-term substitute for the energy, innovation, and continuous improvement that derives from in-person collaboration. We are eager to return to “normalcy” as quickly as it is safe to do so and have outlined a Return to Office plan for our employees who have been working remotely to return to onsite work initially on a part-time basis beginning in October.

Policy Updates Travel / Site Visits:

Site visits will continue to be limited. Visitors will only be allowed on site if the in-person meeting / appointment is critical to the operation of the business. Visitors must review and complete our Visitor Policy & Questionnaire prior to arriving at our facility. We have installed mandatory temperature scanning at our Corporate office and will roll out to the other sites as deemed appropriate.

Wishing good health to you and your families,

      Sincerely,

      Jamie Better

      Chief Executive Officer
